How can I help?

Therapy can be hard - I get it, I've been there, but it doesn't have to be. I work collaboratively, so you don’t have to know what to do, or what to say. We’ll work through whatever you’re facing, at your pace.

I'm here to listen and support you, without judgement. Whether you’re looking for a place to talk through challenges, want to feel heard or just need to vent, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable and safe. With a sensitive and empathetic approach, I tailor our sessions to fit your unique needs, treating each client as an individual.

My curiosity about people, and passion for well-being is what led me to this work; connecting with others, wherever they are on their journey, is an honour and a joy for me.

I trained in psychodynamic counselling, but have also studied a number of styles, including person-centred and humanistic counselling. I take an integrative approach, to meet you where you are.

I have a diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling, and a degree in Psychology & Counselling. I’m also a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy.

My focuses include:

  • Anxiety & depression

  • Grief & loss

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Self-esteem, confidence & body image

  • Career challenges

  • Self-harm & suicidal ideation

What can therapy do for me?

Therapy is a space for you to share your story, and explore your feelings.

Life can often feel like a lot, and it’s not always easy to share with the people around you. Therapy is a non-judgemental environment for you to work through whatever is going on for you, at your own pace.

Therapy provides a steady hand as you navigate life’s big changes, whether your dealing with grief or loss, starting a new career or adjusting to parenthood or retirement.

Therapy can also help you manage daily challenges, such as anxiety and stress by allowing you to understand your emotions, and avoid becoming overwhelmed by them.

I can support you in developing the tools to build healthier relationships with other people by exploring how to resolve conflict and set boundaries.

You’ll feel more at peace with yourself, by identifying your own triggers, and patterns of behaviour. It’s a way to take care of your mind; think about your past, look at your present, and explore how the two might be connected.
